Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original packaging with all assembly hardware and instruction manuals included.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our specialized furniture couriers to collect the item from your residence.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
